Olympic Downhill Skate Park Documentary

Olympic Downhill Skate Park Documentary

Hello, my name is Dan Cryer, I live and work in the Reno/Tahoe Area. I am planning to make a live documentary on the “HARDROCK SK8PARK” Olympic Skate Park project. This documentary will be a complete story of my fundraising progress from the proceeds from my inventions and products I manufacture and sell.
The City Council meetings and local permit process are the first hurdles in a series of problems that are holding back my attempts to move forward.
Before the ground breaking ceremony, I will sit down with the local construction union hall and non union contractors and make an agreement and rules so that the construction will run smoothly with both groups. I will give each group an identical set of plans for two duplicate buildings that will be built side by side. Viewers of this documentary will see how each group will bid and construct the buildings from start to finish in a time taps film. This is not a race, and each group will not see the other groups bid until the documentary is released to the public.
The hiring process for my employees will take one month. This is an elimination process for over 5 thousand applicants.
Applicants will be interviewed in front of a panel of judges and will be video taped for a documentary on the Skate Park Project. Applicants will be chosen by their unique personality and style. All new full time employees will receive a $5,000 living expense credit at the end of their probation period. If a new employee needs housing assistance during their probation period, he/she may use the Guest Services/Youth Runaway Facility.
